Cerise Art Agency is the trading name of Cerise Art Agency Ltd. We are registered in England (No. 07070756) at 2 Billets Hart Close, Hanwell, London, W7 2PY, UK.

By placing an order and purchasing goods with Cerise Art Agency, consumers agree to abide by our terms and conditions as laid out on this site. Any statutory rights remain unaffected under English law.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, consumers have the right to withdraw from this transaction under the provision of a cooling off period of seven working days, starting from when the goods have been received. Consumers also have the right to a full refund for a cancelled contract within 14 days of notification of said cancellation and the return of the goods undamaged to Cerise Art Agency. Cerise Art Agency will supply goods as described on the order and for which payment has been received.

Cerise Art Agency reserves the right to reject any order and all orders are only accepted at our sole discretion.

Cerise Art Agency reserves the right to withdraw any of the goods marked as for sale at any time.

Free delivery on original art, limited edition prints and photos on canvas within the UK. Postage for other destination varies depending on the country.

Payment for every order will be via credit or debit card using PayPal via PayPal, or via cheque on prior arrangement with Cerise Art Agency.

Refunds will be processed either by PayPal direct to the consumer's credit card or debit card or via company cheque, depending on the original payment method when the order was placed.

The amount of refund will be made in accordance with the amount paid. So where any promotional or discount value was used for the original purchase, it is this discounted amount that will be refunded, not the full value of the goods.

Unless solely due to the negligence of Cerise Art Agency, they cannot be held liable for any losses suffered as a consequence of credit card fraud.

Delivery of the order will be made to the address details as shown on the order. Any inaccurate details entered on the order will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Responsibility for damage to the goods lies with Cerise Art Agency until delivery has been made where upon it passes to the consumer.

Cerise Art Agency will endeavour to deliver orders within 30 days of receipt of the order. Where delivery cannot be made within 30 days, arrangements will be made for a new delivery date or a cancellation of the order and a full refund on the order will be made. Ownership of the goods as detailed on any order shall not pass to the consumer until Cerise Art Agency has received cleared funds payment in full of the price of the goods purchased.

All consumers have statutory rights regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on the part of Cerise Art Agency or the failure of Cerise Art Agency to carry out their obligations. This set of terms and conditions does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer. For further information regarding these rights contact Trading Standards or Citizens' Advice Bureau.

Upon delivery of an order, consumers must notify Cerise Art Agency within 7 working days of any damage or defect to the goods. A full refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned damaged goods and acceptance by Cerise Art Agency of the damage claim.

All goods must be returned complete and undamaged (excepting damage claims) using the original packing where possible and using the postage service as provided by Cerise Art Agency.

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser. All prices published on this site are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT rates.
