ReturnsOf course we hope you'll love your painting or a print, but if for any reason you are not happy with it, even if you just change your mind, it is very simple to return it. And it won't cost you a penny. Simply email us within 7 working days of receiving it. We will either send you a return postage label or arrange a pickup by courier. All you will need to do is repack it in its original packaging and return it to us within 14 days. Once the work has been checked and the return accepted, your card will be refunded via PayPal. Please remember to use the white gloves we supplied you, when handling the painitng or the print. Returning the work All returns are free of charge, subject to the following conditions: Firstly that you use the original supplied packaging to return it in. Secondly we will only make a refund if the painting or the print is returned in perfect condition, unless the damage was incurred before or during delivery. In particular fingerprints will damage a print so please use the supplied cotton gloves when handling it. Thirdly we cannot guarantee to accept any returns sent via another postal/courier method other than the one we specify. These are original paintings and limited edition prints and their value lies in the exact number being maintained. So if a print (even if damaged) is to be returned we need to be able to physically account for it, hence the use of insured delivery requiring a signature. We cannot otherwise take responsibility for it and will not be able make any refund for anything lost in the post that does not require a signature on delivery. Damaged works Should your print be damaged on its way to you, let us know immediately (please include a short description of the damage) either via email or by writing to us at 2 Billets Hart Close, Hanwell, London, W7 2PY, UK. In the UK for the small and medium prints we will send you a pre-paid Special Delivery label. Simply repack the print in its original packaging, attach the label and take it to the Post Office. The large prints and original paintings will be collected by a courier arranged by us. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to replace any damaged prints not sent using our return labels or via our courier, as we cannot take responsibility for losses in uninsured postage. If your print was damaged on its journey outside the UK we will take the matter up with the carrier and send a replacement as soon as possible. Lost works If your painting or print does not arrive please contact us. We will contact the relevant carrier and attempt to resolve it with them. Should the print remain lost we will either replace it with the next one in the edition, or should the edition be sold out, make a full refund. If a work is lost we would either send you a full refund or replace it with a mutually agreed paining of the same price. Because we need to maintain the integrity of paintings and our editions and because each work has specific and unique edition number, we can only replace a print if we can be certain it has been destroyed. This is to safeguard our customers' investments by, for example, preventing an edition of 30 becoming an edition of 31 if a lost print is found later. Returns from abroad Returns from outside the UK are free too. The method of return will vary from country to country. We will notify you of the exact details once we receive your email. |
